Sound on Sound returns for a bigger, better sophomore year

Sound On Sound (SOS) Fest returns November 10-12 to the expansive 23-acre Sherwood Forest in McDade, Texas this year with some stellar, heavy-hitting artists. On Vinyl’s favorite production company, Margin Walker Presents, is bringing back the festival for an even bigger and better experience that starts with their power lineup and ends with their curation of vendors and sponsors.

The lineup is sure to excite the crowd as the Yeah Yeah Yeahs make a return to the live performance circuit. The bill also includes Grizzly Bear, Iggy Pop, the Shins, Blood Orange Vince Staples, and Real Estate, and a number of local artists such as S U R V I V E, Capyac, Sweet Spirit, Holy Wave, Street Sects, Melat, Growl, Alex Napping, USA/Mexico, Kydd Jones, Flying Turns and Chulita Vinyl Club.

Three-day tickets are on sale now here. The festival offers camping passes as an add-on for patrons to expand upon their experience at this highly well-curated event.

Additionally, SOS Fest will be offering a shuttle service that runs from Austin to the campgrounds. In their sophomore year, they have promised to expand shuttle, transportation and parking options for ticket-buyers “to ensure the safest experience for fans in Austin and beyond.”
